‍Key Responsibilities:

• Lead finance and accounting teams to ensure all financial reports are timely and accurate.
• Develop and implement strategies for financial planning and analysis to support corporate objectives.
• Oversee cash flow management and develop strategies to optimize financial resources.
• Advise the board and management team on all financial matters to enable informed decision-making.
• Responsible for budget planning, financial forecasting, and monitoring financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and financial regulations.
• Negotiate with banks, financial institutions, and other partners.
• Coordinate and prepare annual financial statements, tax returns, and other required reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in a senior financial management position, preferably within a company of similar size and structure.
• Proven experience in strategic financial planning and analysis, as well as team leadership.
• Strong understanding of financial laws and regulations.
• Experience working with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial service providers.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to think both strategically and operationally.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.

This position is an interim role for a period of 12 months, with the possibility of extension or transition to a permanent role, depending on performance and business needs.
